Coaching Philosophy

To get the most out of coaching, there must be:

  • An environment of trust. Coaching can be an uncomfortable process; working in an atmosphere in which you feel safe enough to express yourself freely and openly is important for success

  • Curiosity and open-mindedness. Maintaining a non-judgmental mindset allows for experimentation, creativity, and discovery

  • Deep commitment to doing what it takes. Coaching isn’t about conversation alone; it only works if you’re ready to take action

  • Absolute confidentiality and adherence to the highest of professional coaching ethics

What you get

  • Clarity on what's holding you back and what's important to you

  • New perspectives that challenge your current view of reality

  • Deeper understanding of your fears, triggers, obstacles—and new skills to help manage them

  • Attainable, meaningful goals to help you move toward your individual purpose

  • Life and professional skills around communication, relationships, conflict management, emotional intelligence and self-awareness, to maintain momentum beyond coaching sessions
